CAD Administrator (Direct Hire)

Responsibilities for CAD Administrator:
Assist Engineering with documented installation and configuration of Engineering software to include working with a test group for updating versions once every two years.
Provide Engineering computer maintenance, installing updates and service packs and confirming general operations,
Perform basic troubleshooting and support, including on hardware and software used,
Maintain engineering standard models, update, and migrate as needed,
Maintain Autocad and inventor Customizations,
Assist with updating CAD models and drawings,
Work with shop Engineering group to maintain drawing and modeling templates for CAD System,
Assist with on boarding new hires with best practice and customization training,
Assist with updating Productivity now documentation and training materials,
Assist end users with accessing documentation, printing AutoCAD drawings, and simplifying CAD models for Sales, password resets, etc.,
Log Help Desk activity into Ticketing system,
Assist with creating self-help training documents and videos, training individuals or groups as needed,
Assist with other projects as needed
Requirements for CAD Administrator:
Associates degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
One to two years experience using Auto CAD or equivalent work experience.
One to two years experience using Inventor.
One to two years experience using Navisworks.
One to two years experience using Revit.
One to two years Help Desk experience.
Knowledge of Autodesk Product Suite
Knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Suite products.
Knowledge of MS Domain Environment, Network technologies, Ethernet and Wireless
