Job Description for Project Management Officer:
The role of the Project Management Manager is to manage project staff to plan, execute and close projects per the customer expectations, deadlines and maintain budget. Planning resources and coordinating the efforts of all pertinent resources to deliver projects. Define the project objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. Continuous customer updates and effective communication via phone, onsite meetings, and email. Meet with other departments and work with and challenge customer focused teams. Orient, train, coach, discipline and communicate Project Management strategies and company objectives. Implement PM staffing strategies and develop collaborative relationships across the company.
Responsibilities for Project Management Officer:
- Responsible for the health, budget, and quality of all projects, overall
- Develop and coach Project Managers, schedule goals, contractual requirements, personnel assignments
- Evaluate and improve systems and processes to effectively meet project requirements and profitability goals
- Manages contract, machine scope, schedule, and budget
- Manages customer expectation’s
- Works with internal or external Sales reps
- Focus on accuracy and process consistency to optimize project timeline
- Directs Purchasing Department on all equipment
- Eliminate any productivity barriers
- Communicate and define the Project team’s objectives
- Create new and improve upon existing project management policies and processes
Requirements for Project Management Officer:
- 5-years’ experience in Project Management
- BS in Engineering or equivalent
- Operations Management
- PMP

- Manage production schedule
