Summary

The role will be a key engineering team member who will develop and analyze test systems for the integration and V&V of hardware, software and compliance activities on a team of 20. They will also install and support of software on client systems.  You will be able to work independently as a key part of a small team (20) in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

1. Help develop and execute system integration and functional testing for the verification of software and system level requirements (V&V)
2. Support test strategy, be involved in architecture and designing testing solutions in a dynamic and complex system requirements (medical software)
3. Create and execute automated/manual and regression tests, capture test artifacts, identify issues and document defects
4. Performs customer software installations and documentation (DHR)
5. Create/maintain Citrix (CVAD) Virtual Apps & Desktop / VMware Horizon
6. Work with developers and/or program managers to troubleshoot failures or triage to the appropriate level, AND provide tech support (tier 1-2, maybe 3)

Ideal experience

1. Minimum of 3 years of extensive experience testing software and or V&V
2. Experience support the refining of test platforms and processes
3. Citrix, VMware Horizon, Microsoft server experience
4. Automated test generation (TestComplete) experience
5. Customer and time management skills
6. BS preferred, open to experience over education
