Maturing Startup in Chicago/Loop Software Product Team is looking for UX/UI Designers who will work closely work with cross-functional partners to design software UI UX for the consumer (user) experience.
Our industry, real estate property management is dynamic; you will work with multiple partners to process and find design solutions, which will include mobile apps, website, and web applications.
Responsibilities (research a must have)
• Coordinate priorities and develop plans related to the design, development, programming, testing, implementation, and user support.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative methods to uncover user patterns, behaviors, and insights. Translate these findings into recommendations for improving the interview-related experiences for enterprise employers.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional product leadership team members to help inform future roadmaps and turn vision into reality.
• Incorporate data gathered through user research, customer service and sales to ensure the customer’s voice is incorporated into the designs.
• Understand and articulate the information architecture, workflows, and processes surrounding the user experience.
• Collaborate with teams to break vision work down into an executable roadmap.
Requirements
Research and testing background
• 2+ years of experience designing at consumer-focused tech or media companies and experience designing for Mobile Web
• Figma (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills to help set up frameworks and brainstorm initial design concepts.
• Strong people-focused design mentality and want to design and build products/features that truly have meaningful impact.
• Keen eye for aesthetics.
