The Challenge

A global leader in Inflight Entertainment was in need of a Program Manager that would oversee the integration of the IFE systems onboard commercial aircraft, FAA certification, and be customer facing with the major airlines. The search difficulty was compounded by the fact that the deadline for integration was fast approaching and their current recruiting vendors were failing them.

The Solution

The Head of Talent Acquisition remembered the contact information he received from 180 Engineering during an initial meeting and decided that he needed to give them a try as his current vendors were no longer producing any new candidates. The account manager met with the hiring team to gain a thorough understanding of the experience needed for this role.

The Outcome

Soon after that intake meeting, the recruitment team had sourced several PMs that all had the rare combination of IFE integration, STC certification and customer facing experience. 180 Engineering not only filled the vacancy for several Program Managers, they also ended up placing the Director of the PMO for this group.
