180 Engineering is rapidly expanding clients across the Midwest, and we need an extraordinary person capable of recruiting executive technical talent. You will be part of a high-caliber team where you will collaborate with your peers on ways to identify top candidates for our clients. The focus will be on identifying executive technical talent across the country through creative sourcing, networking, and multiple degrees of separation. This is not a role that involves responding to candidate resumes coming from online ads. The executives we place are typically not actively looking for a new job. You’ll have to find them and then market the compelling opportunity to them. We use many tools, most importantly, the telephone, to find ideal candidates that match our clients’ needs and then manage the hiring process through the candidate’s start date.

Our clients include major industry players and many up and coming mid-sized firms. They are in the following industries: medical device, aviation, automotive, telecom, consumer, and industrial electronics. Our clients rely on us to place candidates in their hardest to fill positions.
