Description for Project Manager:
As one of 5 Project Managers, your primary responsibility is to plan, execute, and successfully conclude projects in line with customer expectations and financial parameters. This role involves orchestrating the collaboration of various teams including engineers, production, service, purchasing, and accounting, to ensure seamless project delivery. Leveraging
You will define project scopes, objectives, and meticulously maintain them throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities for Project Manager:
- Oversee and manage Production and Project schedules
- Exercise diligent control over project budgets to achieve financial targets.
- Define and manage project scope, maintaining comprehensive order summaries.
- Proactively manage and exceed customer expectations throughout the project.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external sales teams to drive project success.
- Provide direction to purchasing teams regarding ancillary equipment procurement.
- Implement and maintain systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications for Project Manager:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency with 3+ years of experience in project management.
- Preferably possess knowledge of the packaging industry but OPEN to automation equipment, robotics or related machinery)
