In fact, this is our fourth year as Best of Staffing Talent award winner and our fifth year as a Best of Staffing Client award winner. This year’s Best of Staffing Client award win makes 180 Engineering a prestigious Diamond Award winner.
Firms that have won ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing® Award have proven to be talent acquisition leaders. This annual award is earned by less than two percent of all staffing agencies in the United States and Canada. On average, clients of winning agencies are 3.3 times more likely to be completely satisfied, and candidates who have been placed by winning agencies are 1.7 times more likely to be completely satisfied with the services provided compared to those working with non-winning agencies.
We were most proud to receive satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 86.7 percent of our clients and 83.3 percent of our candidates. These scores are significantly higher than the industry’s average of 24 percent and 45 percent, respectively.
