25 yr old Midwest based 25 yr co. with 10% year over year growth is the exclusive multi-state distributor for Leica Surgical Microsystems’ Medical Product line and the only company authorized by the factory to provide repair, maintenance and sell OEM parts for these large surgical microscope systems.
We are looking for a motivated, mechanically inclined, and tech savvy individual with Field Service experience to cover our new territory based in the Twin Cities.
Home based with 1-3 hospital visits a day on average, MN will be your key territory to manage.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
We provide a company vehicle, a full tool kit, mobile phone, laptop, and cover all travel expenses, salary, bonuses, and commission. First year Pay expected to fall in the 80-100K range and can easily move above 100K in a few short years. The FSE is paid a base salary as well as a percentage of any labor parts and travel billed to the customer. 401k match, medical, vacation, 8 holidays.
RESPONSIBILITES
● Perform repairs and maintenance on customer-owned Surgical Microscopes ● Assemble, set up, and disassemble demonstration equipment ● Assemble and install customer purchased equipment ● Provide technical support via phone to customers
EXPERIENCE
MEDICAL EQUIPMENT (prefer complex) or INSTRUMENATION exp. as a tech or field engineer
Exceptional professionalism and comfort in hospital setting, strong customer skills and listening for sales opportunities.
