Process Engineer III (Direct Hire)

Annual Salary Range: $100,000 to $113,000 plus 7.5% bonus. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.
Description for Process Engineer III:
While reporting to the Plant Manager as the Process Engineer-3, you will be responsible for the process improvements, conducting studies and making recommendation about continuous process control improvements which enhance productivity and improve quality within the plant.
Responsibilities for Process Engineer III:
- Providing plant leadership for manufacturing control strategies
- Developing capital authorization requests and managing capital projects
- Utilizing Six Sigma and TQM tools to enhance productivity and reduce scrap
- Developing improvement action plans based on the audits and managing the implementation of those plans
- Provide support to the production and maintenance departments within the plant.
Requirements for Process Engineer III:
- You have a four-year degree, preferably in the sciences or engineering
- Plastics experience is required
- Good communication and technical skills
- Good business and technical skills.
- Open to 50% travel
