Description for Project Management Associate:
As a Project Management Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting and assisting the project management team in planning, executing, and closing projects successfully. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in adherence to quality standards. This role requires a combination of organizational skills, communication abilities, and a proactive mindset to contribute to the overall success of projects.
Responsibilities forProject Management Associate:
- Assist in the development and execution of project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and scope management.
- Collaborate with project managers to define project objectives and deliverables.
- Help coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, production, sales, etc.) to ensure alignment with project scope and timelines.
- Handle regular communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
- Assist in the preparation of progress reports, presentations, and project updates for stakeholders.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure delivery of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in tracking project progress and performance against key metrics (e.g., timelines, costs, quality).
- Identify potential risks and escalate issues to senior project managers as needed.

- Support in the management of change orders, ensuring that project scope adjustments are effectively handled.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, timelines, and cost reports.
- Support the preparation of project closeout documents and ensure proper documentation for future reference.
- Work with the engineering team to ensure the design, installation, and testing phases of packaging equipment meet both internal and customer specifications.
Requirements forProject Management Associate:
- Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field.
- 0 – 1 years of experience in project management related role
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative.
