Annual Salary Range: $165,000 - $175,000 base salary plus bonus.

Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.

 

Summaryfor Senior Information Systems Manager

The Senior Information Systems Manager oversees the company’s enterprise application systems, with a primary focus on DelmiaWorks and related platforms. This role manages a cross-functional support team and works closely with business units to ensure systems support business goals and manufacturing operations. Strong experience with manufacturing ERP systems is essential, along with the ability to manage projects, support users, and maintain system performance.

 

Responsibilitiesfor Senior Information Systems Manager

  • Manage enterprise systems - especially DelmiaWorks - including issue resolution, license tracking, user support, and vendor coordination; ensure integration and performance of related platforms.
  • Coordinate system change initiatives such as ERP upgrades, manufacturing process enhancements, and policy updates to meet evolving business and production needs.
  • Implement and support initiatives related to data analytics, AI integration, and digital transformation, helping identify opportunities to reduce costs, enhance efficiency, and support business growth.
  • Foster strong cross-functional relationships across departments and locations to ensure systems support day-to-day operations and departmental goals.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Provide leadership to team members through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback; support skill development and promote accountability.
  • Participate in hiring processes and assist in retaining and developing talent within the department.
  • Assess system architecture and processes across departments to recommend improvements that enhance scalability and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure systems are user-friendly and aligned with business needs, using data analysis and user feedback to guide improvements.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to make recommendations for future enhancements.
  • Maintain documentation and reporting related to systems, upgrades, and initiatives, including disaster recovery planning and infrastructure improvements.
  • Support leadership by providing input and analysis on projects and initiatives that improve performance, efficiency, and scalability.

Other responsibilities

  • Manage system-level support activities across multiple platforms, including:
  • Power BI: Oversee the creation and maintenance of corporate and departmental dashboards and reports, ensuring real-time or near real-time data integration and automated updates from key business systems.
  • Salesforce: Oversee user access management, license procurement, security settings, and create dashboards and reports aligned with active projects.
  • Spreadsheet Server (Insightsoftware): Manage user assignments, licensing, and resolve application-related issues.
  • Workcenter Monitoring: Lead efforts to transition from legacy systems to OPC UA to support advanced analytics and future AI integration.
  • Paylocity: Support HR-related functions including intern time tracking, team performance reviews, and maintaining competitive pay structures.
  • Boomi: Monitor system errors, coordinate modifications with consultants, and manage integrations between DelmiaWorks and Salesforce.
  • Celoxis: Collaborate with Engineering to ensure accurate data synchronization between Celoxis and DelmiaWorks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including preparing reports and communications for leadership, participating in departmental planning, and contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives.

 

Requirementsfor Senior Information Systems Manager

  • Bachelors degree in a technology field, business administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in IT, including roles such as project management, systems administration, or IT leadership.
  • At least 5 years of focused experience in enterprise systems management, business analysis, or similar functions supporting ERP and manufacturing systems. Extensive experience with ERP systems in manufacturing environments, preferably DelmiaWorks.
  • Familiarity with supporting platforms such as Power BI, Salesforce, Paylocity, Celoxis, Boomi, and Spreadsheet Server (expertise in all not required).
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with data analysis and awareness of AI and other emerging technologies in manufacturing systems.
  • Proven ability to make sound decisions in dynamic environments and drive results through collaboration.
