Hourly Pay Range: $38.46 – 40.86. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data. 

Description for SQL Developer:

The primary responsibilities of the business analyst will focus on analyzing business processes for technical implementations while working with senior analysts & functional departments to determine requirements. The analyst is also expected to gain knowledge of rapidly changing computer technology.  This requires that they strictly manage their time as well as help others on project teams.  

Responsibilities for SQL Developer

  • Provides support for ERP system via Helpdesk tickets.
  • Manages security related to ERP systems.
  • Assists with future ERP projects by working with users and senior analysts in defining needs and testing software to meet the needs.  Uses train the trainer to help implement new projects.
  • Will be involved in testing software products and reporting and tracking issues to ERP vendor.
  • Develop reporting applications, form layouts and import/export capabilities.
  • Manages changes to Crystal Reports.
  • Assist in the completion and implementation of projects.
  • Responsible for coding, testing debugging, and documentation as directed by Senior Business Analyst.
  • Works with more experienced analyst to solve complex problems.
  • Confer with department heads and senior analysts to ascertain informational requirements.
  • Assist in research and fact finding to develop or modify information technology.
  • Works with various departments to gather information to determine organizational needs.
  • Responsible for following all Food Safety related policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for following all Safety Rules, policies, procedures, and work instructions.

 

Requirements for SQL Developer: 

  • 1-3 years' experience in an Information Systems role.
  • SQL experience is a must.
  • Power BI experience is a plus.
  • BA or BS degree in a technology related field, business administration or equivalent experience.
  • Experience analyzing and documenting requirements, user cases, and process flow.
  • Ability to analyze current business processes to determine what areas of improvement are needed.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment a definite plus.
  • Expertise with MS Office tools including Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint Experience with building positive relationships and gaining trust with business partners.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with ability to customize messaging to varying audiences.
